Hiring the hall

We can host a wide range of events at affordable prices. Please check the calendar for availability and use the booking form after checking our terms and conditions of hire. We will send you payment details if we are able to accept your booking request. Your booking is only confirmed on our receipt of full payment or the agreed deposit.

Main Hall

17.6m long by 9.1m wide and 4.5m high. Ideal for children’s parties, wedding receptions, fundraising events, and all kinds of shows. The raised stage at one end is 5.0m wide by 3.0m deep. The stage is not rectangular so these dimensions are approximate.

Commitee Room

6.5m long by 3.65m wide. This can be used for meetings, as a dressing room or a servery. There is a hatch to the kitchen and an external door to a grassed area.


6.9m long x 3.65m wide. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, kettle and a large preparation table. There is a serving hatch to the main hall and another to the committee room. Access is from the main hall and there is an external door to a grassed area.


We have 23 trestle tables that are 72″ (6ft or 183cm) long by 30″ (76cm) wide. There are 160 stacking chairs that are about 18″ (46cm) square on plan. The tables can comfortably seat two on each long side and one at each end.


Weekend rate (Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays)
The minimum hiring session is 4 hours and the nominal hourly rate is £20. If you want a different start or end time, please specify them in your booking request.

Junior Rate £7.50 per hour
Adult Rate £10.00 per hour
Charity Rate £7.50 per hour

All £20 per hour

Business hours

We normally take bookings for 9am to midnight. If you’re having a late party please remember we have neighbours and be quiet when you leave. If you need the hall outside those times, please email us with more details.
